Our festival is rain or shine.

Fees are non-refundable once a vendor has been accepted unless approved by the
Huntland Festival Committee.

All dimensions are outside dimensions. Booths will only be sold in the dimensions listed
but you may purchase multiple spaces.

All vendor booths should be attractive from all sides and not distract from the booth next
to you.

Animals must be on a leash or caged at all times.

All extensions cords must be in good condition and have proper grounds.

Any person or persons working the booth must have a neat appearance and shall not
wear any clothing with messages or artwork that is distasteful. We reserve the right to
bar any clothing, exhibit, or product that could be considered offensive. All article and
displays must be in good taste with no reference to race, ethnicity, gender, or religious
prejudice. No obscene items will be allowed.

The area behind your booth must be kept clean and free from garbage.

Exhibitors may only show and sell work from the category in which they have been
accepted.

Application changes are not possible after June 25, 2010.

A signed application constitutes a contract to follow all rules and regulations and is a
commitment to participate.

All decisions of the committee are final.

Vendors must be ready to open at 10am Saturday July 3, 2010.

Vendors may set-up anytime after 3:00 Friday July 2nd.
